Jungian Analysis
“It is rewarding to watch patiently the silent happenings in the soul and the most and the best happens when it is not regulated from outside and from above.” Jung CW 12
What is Jungian Analysis?
It all started when suddenly I had a flood of dreams. I wanted to know what they meant so I went looking for a book to help me understand. One day at a bookstore I came upon “Memories Dreams Reflection,” Carl Gustave Jung’s memoir. I could not put the book down. There was no turning back. I then met my first Analyst and psyche took me on a journey inwards and into the depths.
My current work started in this way and comes from my experience of depth work. In Jungian Analysis I found that “There is gold in the shadow” a transformative experience. There are parts in oneself that has been hidden, rejected, abandoned and these are the very parts that have the energy for life.
Jungian Analysis took me to study in Zurich. It took 7 years of intense and in depth training, hours of analysis, individual supervision and group supervision from analysts who themselves have undergone the intense heat of the unconscious.
In my work, I, together with the client, listen to the unconscious, to psyche. Jungian Analysis is the vessel where Analyst and client give attention to dreams and symbols. It becomes the alchemical vessel for one’s transformation, to experience and connect with the depths, the Self, the one who knows, the one who is beyond ego. I invite you to enter into your inner journey, connect more deeply with your self, the Self, with me as your companion.
